CAMPAIGN ONE | Fund 1.3k Life-Saving Free Dialysis Sessions for Children Awaiting Kidney Transplants
Every dialysis session for a child with stage‑4 and 5 kidney disease costs about 1,300 MXN (~$67 USD). With treatments requiring a minimum of three sessions per week, the total cost per child is approximately 203k MXN (~$11k USD) per year to serve eight financially vulnerable pediatric patients, the total annual cost comes to 1.6M MXN (~$85k USD).

CAMPAIGN TWO | PREVENTION IN MOTION - MOBILE CLINICS & NUTRITION FOR THE COUNTRYSIDE
Bringing Hope, Health, and Healing to Vulnerable CommunitiesIn the rural communities surrounding San Miguel de Allende, a silent health crisis is unfolding. Increasing numbers of children and families are suffering from obesity, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease (CKD)—often because of poor nutrition, limited access to healthcare, and the absence of early diagnosis and intervention. Many families live far from medical facilities and lack the resources needed to receive timely care. As a result, preventable health conditions frequently progress into life-threatening illnesses. This campaign helps fund the deployment of four mobile health clinics that will bring critical medical and nutritional services directly into underserved communities throughout the San Miguel de Allende region. These clinics provide health screenings, early diagnosis, medical treatment, nutritional counseling, community education workshops, and follow-up care for those most at risk.
Your support also helps provide Nu Skin VitaMeal and clean drinking water to children and families facing nutritional deficiencies. VitaMeal delivers essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that are often missing from local diets and can play a vital role in improving health outcomes, supporting healthy growth, and reducing the long-term impact of obesity, diabetes, and kidney disease.

CAMPAIGN THREE |HELP DELIVER LIFE-SAVING MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT TO CHILDREN IN MEXICO
Every year, countless children in Mexico face life-threatening illnesses without access to the medical equipment and supplies they urgently need. Your support helps bridge that gap by funding the transportation, importation, and delivery of critical medical resources from the United States to healthcare facilities serving vulnerable children throughout Central Mexico.
This campaign helps cover the costs associated with importing two to three 54-foot (16-meter) truckloads of donated medical supplies and equipment, including transportation, customs processing, logistics, and handling expenses. These shipments provide hospitals and clinics with essential tools needed to diagnose, treat, and save lives.
In partnership with New Orleans Medical Mission Services and Cheer Up International, seven pediatric hemodialysis machines were secured and donated to support children suffering from advanced kidney disease. These machines are designated for a new hemodialysis clinic expected to begin serving patients in the coming years. Building on this success, we are actively working to secure additional dialysis machines and other critical medical equipment for installation in existing government-funded hospitals that are already serving children and families in need.
