The “We Are the Children Charity Gala" is united by a powerful mission: to raise urgent awareness about the growing epidemic of childhood diseases in Mexico—especially those linked to obesity, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease (CKD). We are committed to driving real change through early diagnosis, education, and healthier nutrition habits that can prevent these life-threatening conditions. Yet for many children and young adults already battling CKD, time is critical. That’s why we also provide life-sustaining hemodialysis treatments—offering them hope, strength, and precious time as they await a kidney donor. Together, we can create a healthier, brighter future.
“We Are the Children Charity Gala” addresses the child that is within all of us, the child we once were, and the innocent child that will always wish for a better life. This event will highlight both ACs, enabling them the opportunity to achieve one of their set goals for 2025, 2026 and beyond.
